The policy of food quality and safety of Alborz Flour Company

                  Alborz Flour Company as one of the well-known companies in producing any kinds of flour like, Sebusgerefte, semi volume, null, whole wheat flour and semolina in Iran ,proceed along with the development of the quality management system, and safety assurance of its products on base of International Standards ISO 9001:2008,ISO22000:2005, and HACCP system editing codex 2003.Furthermore this company tries to conduct office behavior based on SEDEX rules and increase productivity by creating and boosting mutual reliance between employer and employees. The main policies of the company are:

  1. Presenting healthy and hygienic product for satisfying customers   expectations.
  2. Permanent relationship with customers in order to identify their needs.
  3. Increasing market stock and keep the current customers.
  4. Providing a suitable work environment for employees.
  5. Presenting various products by the latest world technology.
  6. Following the safety rules and regulation of food .
  7. Continual training of employees for better services and promotion of knowledge especially related to management implementation in the company.
  8. Continual improvement of activities, ensure that effectiveness quality management systems and food safety .
  9. trying to conduct standards of office behaviar according to SMETA standard.

 

  The policy and goals from the perspective of adequacy and appropriateness of the requirements of customers, suppliers and employees of the company will be review annually.

Management representative is responsible of supervising the implementation of this policy, and all employees and directors are required to adhere correctly and efficiently and eliminated potential nonconformity.
